This year, TRAILS will ask students in your child’s classroom to complete a survey at the beginning and end of the school year that includes questions about their well-being, social emotional skills, access and barriers to support, coping skills, and school engagement. Results from these surveys will help us plan for TRAILS programming implementation and to evaluate its impact on students’ well-being. Your child’s participation in this survey is important for making sure that our community is reflected accurately but is not mandatory. Click the heading to find out more information.
Community Eligibility Provision

Lunch & Breakfast - Community Eligibility Provision

We are pleased to inform you that we will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision CEP as part of the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs this year. All students enrolled at our school district can receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at NO CHARGE to your household each day.

In place of the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application, we still need your household to fill out and sign the Household Information Report (ONE PER HOUSEHOLD). This report is Critical in determining the amount of money that our school receives from a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs like Title I A, at-risk(31a), Title II, E-Rate, etc.

Please follow the provided click to complete this application or survey. You can use the "Family Portal" link to complete the form digitally.

Only one application or form is needed per family.
