An invitation to all senior parents to support the Senior Celebration. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 in the EAJ Commons. The invitiation is blue, white and silver.

Flyer for Parent/Teacher Conferences at EAJ High School. They are on October 13th from 3:30 to 6:30 PM and October 14th from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. The conferences are open house style. The flyer is school color themed with a panther mascot on it.
A new Michigan law (Public Act 196 of 2024) is changing how work permits for minors are processed.

Currently, schools are responsible for issuing and revoking work permits. However, starting October 2, 2026, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) will take over this responsibility.

New Online System: Minors and employers must use LEO’s free registration website to apply for and process work permits.

Homecoming week is upon us! Attached are this year's Spirit Day themes for EAJ. Additionally, the Homecoming Parade is on Friday. The parade will leave from the Middle School at 5:45 PM and end at EAJ. The Homecoming Game will follow at 7:00 PM. The HoCo dance will take place on Saturday, October 3rd, from 6:30 to 9:30 PM in the EAJ Commons.

Please join us for our annual Haunted Halls event at EAJ on Saturday, October 24th.

Additionally, the EAJ candy competition will begin on Monday, September 28. The 1st-hour class that donates the most pieces will win McDonald's breakfast. The runner-up class will win VG's donuts.

Picture day is Tuesday, September 8th. All students must have their picture taken in order to receive a school ID. ID's are required for various events within the district.

After picture day, parents and guardians can log into the Joston's website to preview and order pictures.

Hello EAJ families!

We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 - 27 school year! Below are some important reminders for the first day of school at EAJ.

  • Our doors open at 7:15 AM, with classes starting promptly at 7:30 AM.

  • Schedules will be available for pickup in the commons upon arrival. They will be arranged alphabetically by last name. There will be several staff members there to assist students with schedules and lockers.

  • We serve free breakfast and lunch during the school day.

  • All cellphones and backpacks must remain in lockers between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Students needing to contact home can use the office phones during passing time and lunch. Parents needing to contact their student should call the EAJ main office at 810-591-2370

  • Afternoon dismissal is at 2:30 PM. Students are to leave the building promptly, unless they have a supervised practice or event directly after school.

Flyer for the Senior Sendoff Fundraiser on Tuesday April 28th from 3 - 10 PM at Texas Roadhouse on Miller Rd. in Flint. All meals purchased during the fundraiser will have 10% donated to the Senior Sendoff. The flyer has a caricature dressed in wester attire along with a denim background and the informational text.

Prom Ticket Sales Poster. Ticket Sales start April 8th. The date is May 8th with doors opening at 5:30 PM and Dinner sarting at 6:00 PM. The theme is "A Night Under the Stars". Location is 10200 Woodfield Drive in Grand Blanc Township. The poster has three stars with black, blue, pink and purple background.
